Orange line being down from forest hills to Back bay & beyond from Oct 8-20 is actual **** 😌 Gotta add like 30-45 min to my commute because of the shuttle busses thanks @MBTA !!

The @MBTA needs to stop locking bus windows. I’m on Silver Line Bus 1273, the AC is not working, all windows are locked and it’s dangerously hot in the bus (probably over 100° ) with no air moving. This bus should be removed for from service. @universalhub

Have you ever had to count stops on @MBTA train to know when to get off bc the announcement system is not working? #bospoli #mapoli

Good morning @MBTA , bus number 1880 on the route 23 today. The transponder/GPS location device is not working on the bus. Same thing with bus number 1801.

@MBTA Do you have a timeline for when the slowdown zone between Red Line Central and Harvard will be lifted? It’s typically a 12-minute run from Davis to Kendall for me and lately like this morning it took almost 30 minutes.

4/10 12:15AM Fitchburg Line between Cambridge & Belmont unknown person/s left a boat on the right of way. An #MBTA commuter rail train did strike the boat. No injuries were reported & no damage to train. TPD Detectives to follow up.
