The @MBTA needs to stop locking bus windows. I’m on Silver Line Bus 1273, the AC is not working, all windows are locked and it’s dangerously hot in the bus (probably over 100° ) with no air moving. This bus should be removed for from service. @universalhub

Good morning @MBTA , bus number 1880 on the route 23 today. The transponder/GPS location device is not working on the bus. Same thing with bus number 1801.
