Finally, my internet is up and running again. It went down for the second time this week today. Kudos to Optimum who have promised a 30-day credit for the lost time.

How @optimum rolls. Your schedule an appointment because of a daily but intermittent Internet outage. Then they text you several times to confirm the appt., & after you do, they call to make sure. How about stop trying to get out of the appointment and just come?
