How does an airline know a 4pm flight will have a 4 hour delay at 9 am that day and does nothing to resolve the issue? You had all day @SouthwestAir to fix this. Now you are moving the flight out every 15 minutes until you inevitably cancel again. World class horrible service.

.@SouthwestAir @TSA I had items wrongfully removed from my checked bag at the Ontario California Airport. I have received response that it was an error on TSA, but basically the response after that is “oh well, nothing we can do about it now”. This is ridiculous.

I have never had so many issues with @SouthwestAir than this trip. Both flights of mine were delayed, cutting my already short trip shorter. I missed both connecting flights to and from, and got bumped. I asked the gate agent if there’s any compensation, they said “it happens”.

Wtf @SouthwestAir when I called customer service about checking in issue I was told it was @TSA cause, but when my gf who is #alistpreferred called she's told it's an internal issue. #thatsmessedup #southwest #checkingin
