20 out of the last 21 days @GetSpectrum has had outages I should switch to google fiber this is ridiculous

My facial expressions are normal although sometimes I look down and the sensory stuff that we all have on the autism spectrum.

Having net neutrality back sadly won't fix the horrible service that is @Ask_Spectrum 3 wifi booster, upgraded Internet plan, new modem & router but my wifi still drops daily in my little NYC apt. Spectrum's hold in NY is horrible, the COVID of Internet providers for real smh

Man Spectrum internet is the absolute worst. Every single week there’s an outage in my area. Every single week my internet is for some reason disconnected!!! Like I’m so done with Spectrum

Hey @BallySports , Spectrum says the problem is with your app, not their system. I’d really love to watch @Reds games again so can you please fix your janky app and stop reading from a troubleshooting script. Thanks.

Spectrum decided in the middle of my stream was a good time for a 4 hour outage in the area 🤷‍♀️ guess we'll try a stream tomorrow, maybe a rare evening stream! Sorry y'all not much I can do about that nonsense ):

HP Printers I've now returned my third HP printer to Best Buy in a very short time. After much back and forth with the Geek Squad they told me the problem was with my internet provider. Spectrum tells me the problem is with HP printers. They do not work with Spectrum.

Spectrum internet is horrible , always going down when I’m playing comp 😤

Since switching to @GetSpectrum, we’ve started sending intraoffice text alerts about internet onnages. While we do still have the occasional onnage, the outage presumption has dramatically enhanced our efficiency.

Now spectrum wants to face a real outage when I’m not working from home and miserable at my job 🙄

I swear @GetSpectrum is an *** company. Outages at a ******* minimum twice a week. Paying near $100 for your **** *** "fiber" connection. ******* bought out all of the competition in my area leaving the only other ****** alternative AT&T.

The scam that is @GetSpectrum internet needs to be studied. Outages multiple times a week with zero communication, overpriced for average down/up speeds on a good day, and that’s rare. Not to mention the nonexistent customer service. Drop new provider suggestions below please! 🙏🏼
