Is Spectrum facing service interruption? ❌

I just feel like I should get a proportional amount of my bill refunded for every hour spectrum is down, I think that’s fair

Smh @GetSpectrum . 4 years with Xfinity and never had an issues. Been with Spectrum for a month (@Xfinity wasn't available in my new area) and it's already been down the whole day...

Finally off of spectrum internet. They refused to give me a promotion since I was an existing customer. So, I decided to take my services elsewhere. Ended up going with our local internet provider. 500 down 500 up, optic cable, for $55/month. #SupportYourLocalBusinesses
