What is going on with @WOWCare internet? My internet it down and I can’t get ahold of anyone through the chat or by phone

Internet is down AGAIN!! @WOWCare this is ridiculous. EVERY WEEK FOR THE LAST MONTH!!! All we get is the same bullshit "We are working diligently to fix the problem" The worst internet company in the United States.

Some customers in Augusta are experiencing an outage due to a large truck accident that snapped 15 poles near Peach Orchard Rd. & Tobacco Rd. GA Power is working to replace the poles before WOW! can re-run our fiber lines and restore services. We appreciate your patience.

Hey @WOWCare, ESPN is not working on my TV, hasn't for months, says "no signal", ridiculous, all other channels including all ESPN channels work fine. You chat bot keeps telling me ESPN is not available in my area. Ridiculous! Long term customer...
