I'm amazed at how pathetic the service is over at @supersonicfibre and @MTNza. Keeps billing customers after cancellation, WhatsApp service line not working, call center not answering phones, no replies on emails & service portal that is garbage. #BadService

Tower went down in my area on 15th October and @MTNza haven't brothered to fix it. I'm sure I'm not the only one impacted by this tower being down. Extremely disappointed with the service.

Hey @MTNza, we've been experiencing really poor network coverage at home for the past 3 months despite having a reliable WiFi router. We're paying for a service we're not getting! Btw it was great in beginning Can you help us resolve this issue?

I have paid for my rooter for the month of April on the 6th, today it’s the 20th and the rooter is still not working, when i call @MTNza , you just keep giving references every time or ultimately hang up. @MTNza, i paid, why are you not holding up your end of the deal????

No internet for a week now. Between @supersonicfibre and @MTNza no one is even trying to help. But that debit order will go through without fail, no issues collecting money but after sales service non existent

I have had really good service from @MTNza but ever since my contract lapsed and I'm now on month to month, internet is mad slow, but I'm expected to pay R70 more every month - wouldn't be a problem if all worked as well as before. Ngathi it's time to look for a new provider🫠

Hey there @MTNza I just recovered my phone number through Sim swap having lost my phone on Sunday. The airtime I had is still there, but the problem the data is I had is no longer there, over 50 GB, plz COME FIX THIS!

I am so disappointed with @MTNza refusal to cancel my contract with them after I spent a week with their phone with the sim having no service and they couldn’t resolve the issue for 6 days, i went to the shop a couple of times to get the issue resolved,

Not very chuffed with @MTNza This is now the 3rd day I'm trying to purchase a reward item, and all I get is an error. Very disappointing assistance being received from their @Twitter team, as well as customer care.

So, as per below, i've experienced my First issue with @MTNza I've been communicating with "BU" via my DMs I have not been waiting for long for my issue to be Resolved. For the Service i have received, i give "BU" a 10/10! Thank You very much!
