Aowa @TelkomZA Its been 6 weeks since we had a power outage in my area, I've tried reporting this but I've had an extremely difficult time doing so.... Requested a call-back from your agents, nothing... Fix up maarn hawu!!!!

Hi @TelkomZA, your LTE network has been down in Ekangala, Bronkhorstspruit for three days. When we contact customer service, we keep receiving the same, unhelpful response. Our siblings have online exams and urgently need access. Could you please assist?

Stupid @TelkomZA network is not working in East London, Eastern Cape. Two hours now. I am moving back @Vodacom, come 26 October.

I’m so upset at the bad service I keep getting from @TelkomZA every time they disconnect my services while I always pay on time , this is so upsetting 😡. I couldn’t work today because of the WiFi not working. @TelkomZA please fix it before I move to another service provider.

It's been so long since I got a "the internet (wifi) is not working!" call from my parents, it was kind of sweet even though I just gave my usual advice of "call the Telkom helpline."

Must be a national blackout. One proving factor is Telkom users, me being one of them, don't get any internet connection when there is a nationwide power outage
