Hi @TelkomZA , my network has been down for 3 days and I’ve done everything from restarting my router to checking APN settings. Your call centre isn’t offering any real support. Can someone actually help or do I need to look for a new provider?

This might be an unpopular opinion, but I think if you're paying monthly for wifi, you shouldn't have to pay for the time your wifi is down. This post was inspired by @TelkomZA, fix your network.
