Wtf is going on with @AmericanAir . And why in the entire **** does their customer service line hang up on you!! Houston we have a real ******* problem.

EP is bad.Stuck at dfw, 1 person working on premium counter, line was 1.5 hours long. By the time i got to front, flight left. Platinum desk said you have to wait.Tried to checkin on machine, gave error.Flight was delayed already due to crew shortage. @AmericanAir

UPDATE! My flight was CANCELLED. with nobody from @AmericanAir in sight to help. They automatically rebooked me on another flight tomorrow EVENING and I’ve now paid $400 to rebook my flight to a different airport and nobody can tell me what’s happened to my luggage

Wow @AmericanAir our flight is delayed 3 hours. Flight at 5:39 pm & u give an email at 1:39 but knowing flights are at LAX- with traffic and TSA, we’re leaving before we even got that notice .. 90% of your chargers are not working. And both of your water dispenser are broken, smh

2 for 2 on maintenance issues. Switched flights after 1st had maintenance delays of 3 hours, now this separate plane had issue. After 45 minutes now deplaning. Pending maintenance strike? @AmericanAir

.@AmericanAir fix your website. Constantly says fix an error but doesn’t tell you what said error is and there is nothing red or highlighted on the page. Frustrating

Is anyone else having issues booking @AmericanAir? I’ve chatted and called and both times they weren’t helpful and disconnected when trying to book via phone. No matter the flights or dates I check, it won’t let me book for 5 people. And now prices have went up 😭

hey @AmericanAir if ur going to delay my 5pm flight due to mechanical issues, switch planes at 7pm , and then cancel my entire flight at 9pm, and then say u can’t offer me hotel accommodations, maybe don’t hang up on me mid sentence when I call customer service hmm?

Trying to book a flight. The first 3 airlines I tried all had broken websites. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ @Delta password reset doesn't work. @united keeps logging me out every time I step through the order process. And @AmericanAir gives the good old there was an error, try later. Failures...

So my flight was supposed to be at 1pm but it got delayed to 4pm and then 10pm loool Rebooked to Wednesday at least but @AmericanAir you guys and Boeing are so **** I had issues on my flight to Vegas too

Hey @AmericanAir I had a flight delayed from 7pm Thursday to 3pm Friday for mechanical issues, a flight delayed Saturday for 4 hours for mechanical issues, and now our plane has returned from the taxiway to the gate due to more mechanical issues. This is utterly ridiculous

On April 21st my flight was delayed for 2 days due to a mechanical problem. I was stuck in Guatemala for 2 days. 2 days of missed meetings, lost money, and I emailed @AmericanAir and they still have not received any news back. Did I fly Spirit by accident ?#americanair

Pretty sure @AmericanAir got hacked. Their website and app have been down all day. Anyone know anything? Bracing myself for yet another data breach letter from yet another company.

#AmericanAirlines flight #AAL1646/#AA1646 operated by #AmericanAirlines from #FortMyers to #Charlotte is squawking 7700. The aircraft is an #Airbus A321-200 with registration #N191UW. Crew has declared emergency and descended indicating a possible pressurization issue.

Cool work of your app @AmericanAir - selected flight and selected seats. App crashed. Tried to book again and flight went up over $200. Luckily @Delta didn’t have the same issue 🤷‍♂️

I see @AmericanAir is making it impossible to get a refund by talking to a human being for paid WiFi not working on a flight. This should be simple. Also, clean your planes.. the whole bathroom smelled like ****

I was supposed to go to DFW for a 3 day conference. Paid for an extra training session. But @AmericanAir is the worst. One day down the drain. Working on day 2 of delays.

Big THANK YOU to @AmericanAir. I was having issues with flight change that started when they cancelled a flight home, but they went above and beyond to accommodate the times we needed to fly. Airlines catch all sorts of 💩, so it’s nice to brag on them for a change.

Hi @AmericanAir I need to speak with someone because I have been stuck in LAS for 9 hours due to a maintenance issue. I’ve been rebooked twice and now having to spend the night in another city and not getting home until tomorrow. This is unacceptable.

First @AmericanAir flight out of @AUStinAirport at 5:00am and we’re already delayed due to a maintenance issue. Note this is a @Boeing 737
