Is Optus down? ❌

#optus i have never received any planned outage on nbn. Today I have wasted all days trying to connect!

1 year since we had the Optus outage, wonder if they have learnt anything? As they have not fixed the clocks on the voicemail platform for daylight savingI would say no.

Hey #Optus time for a public update on the #outage - is Victoria coming back online anytime soon? With no access online or via the app for information & contact via phone a near impossibility to get through it’s time for some public info via media to update your customers.

So there's an Optus internet and mobile outage, but customers are upset they didn't receive notification via SMS or email?

Having to find out about @Optus outage via Twitter. Nothing at all from optus themselves. Their service is beyond a joke. Their communication is worse.

Had @optus_help talk us through all the scripted troubleshooting only to discover via "x" there was an outage, so told the person in the chat, they had no idea. Don't the different departments in optus talk to each other? That's an hour of my life I won't get back.

Help me @Optus my business internet has been down all day. I am opening my new business in 8 days and you have >1 hr waiting time on your phone line. This is **** on every level. You advertise saying how good you are for business. This is the opposite.

Good morning and welcome to coffee, only 4 sleeps for today and it is only 4 weeks withoyut NBN services! You know it is bad when even the NBN outages page is not working @optus @optus_help

Gotta love when your isp tells u 50ms is a normal ping when your pinging a server 10mins down the road.... went from having 8ms ping to a local tower and 15ms in game to 50 to a local tower and 80+ in game @Optus

Over the weekend I managed to get my internet banking password wrong three times....locked... my bank doesn’t work weekends.. Then today...Optus locally has been down for 5 hours....couldn’t contact bank. what else could go wrong. 🤣🤣
