.@backblaze - just logged on to download video files uploaded roughly 9-months ago only to find them damaged. They still open, yet the picture glitches out constantly, looks an awful lot like hard disk failure, outage or worse. Any explanation or fix for this?

Hey @backblaze, I'm unable to update my card due to an error message prompting me to contact support. I've been informed my data will be deleted at the end of this month. Could you please check your payment integration?
