Called @Rogers because our internet has been down 10 hours. Did all the troubleshooting, confirmed it’s not our home’s issue, it’s a Roger’s issue. Automated voice tells me they’re experiencing high call volumes, call another time. COOL. Very nice service.

I ******* hate @Rogers so much. Before they acquired Shaw my internet was impeccable. No outages or service disruptions. Now, every few days I get an outage in the middle of the day when I’m trying to work. All while my bill keeps increasing for worse service. Scam

Seems to be widespread reports of Fido and Rogers mobile networks being down across Canada tonight. If you can't get a hold of somebody, that's probably why.

Well, @RogersHelps customer service is an absolute disgrace. Business Internet is down and zero help from tech support. This after waiting over 45 mins on hold. Would have never happened with @Shawhelp.

Could it be that #ChatR (@Rogers ) is actually not serving the 611 service number? For the second time in a row I have waited for hours in a waiting line. My phone number is not working properly, always switching to voicemail, when called. Shall I change to Bell?

The length @RogersHelps will go to to not help a loyal customer shouldn’t surprise me. But it does. I have daily issues with my Internet and TV. Every time I contact them, my bill somehow goes up instead of down. Apparently I need to stay a customer until 2026 or pay $500 fee.
