Hey @Equifax, I am trying to put on a credit freeze but your system has been down for two days. How about a status update or a notice so users don't have to get to the end of the form before knowing your systems are broken?

Cannot change login password via @Equifax website. Keep getting error message that it is temporarily unable to do so. Very frustrating and more permanent than temporary? Please advise. No problem with the other services.
