Is Fidelity Investments down?

Anyone else having trouble with Fidelity. Their POS site is always down. And they took away the buy button for $gns @Fidelity @rogerhamilton

Need someone to sit me down and explain how Fidelity app works. *** it’s such a painful UX.

Gym closed due to power outage, got a ticket otw home for a rolling stop, then found out my $250 flight credit is only worth $8. Talk about a rough morning. Then I got a call from Fidelity telling me I have $1,000 in a forgotten account. Moral of the story, everything works out.

fidelity really have to do better with notifying customers when their system down or “updating” their system because wtf.

I panic when my Fidelity bank account keeps going down especially when I don’t have an ATM card.

Hey @fidelity when I’m in the investment tabs it shows today’s gain/loss. There is a drop down to change what it displays and sort, but it doesn’t do anything.

Fidelity does not let you see the breakeven price of an option on the mobile app, only on the website... Small things like this, combined with a horrible UI experience, will only make them lose more customers to $HOOD.

Fidelity's website is down for access to many users. They posted an X post about it and seems to have taken it down while the website maintains issues.

Fidelity investments is having an outage and clients can not access account. Told me to try again in an hour.

I am not surprised by Fidelity being down. It was honestly to be expected. Disappointing all the same. Need to look for another brokerage.
