#osrs @JagexSupport @Jagex I am having big issues with the C++ client, it runs smoothly at 30 fps then it freezes for a few seconds and the load on my GPU and CPU goes way down when it freezes. I tried clearing cache, reinstalling game, updating drivers, nothing helps

@JagexSupport @Jagex It looks like the issue got sorted in about 15 minutes. There was a spike of people reporting it on down detector.

@JagexSupport What do I do if my account was hacked and banned for botting and the hacker already used my appeal?

@JagexSupport I'd go back and get more solid information but as you know I cannot access the email to find it... I literally have my authenticator. Logged in a few days ago. My account is essentially banned as I will never be able to unlock it because I cannot access the email...
