I just called @FLOWJamaica about my lack of service since the 3rd of July. Now flow is trying to stay that they dont have a report from me regarding the outage so it may pose an issue with my rebate. What game are these ppl playing @TheOURja ?

Four days ago I messaged @FLOWJamaica to inform them that my internet is down and they have not responded. Mark u this is the same company that lied that they would give me a rebate and it was not done @TheOURja who is representing us?

I’m over flow tbh. I have no internet more than how I have internet. And then you can’t even speak to a customer service representative anymore. The recording tells you there’s an outage and then asks you to go back to main menu. @FLOWJamaica FED UP

Now imagine I cannot do any work because @FLOWJamaica cannot even make a report of the issues I’m facing because their system is down. Tell me now !

I have not had internet at home in the last week or more. Everytime I call @FLOWJamaica either there is an "outage" or they don't know. Yet still I'm supposed to pay them at the end of the month. I don't have to keep calling @FLOWJamaica, regarding the same matters!!

Is anyone having @FLOWJamaica internet outage?

my WiFi is down and @FLOWJamaica is milking me dry with these data plans 😩😩😩😩.

We just might have to switch over to digicel from @FLOWJamaica because over 1 MONTH WITHOUT INTERNET ACCESS! And every day we are being told its being worked on and the 1 single wire is still down on the street. 1 month???? DO BETTER!!

.@FLOWJamaica service been down since Friday. All now none of them can tell me if a team has even been assigned. Expecting a rebate because it's not the first multi-day outage since service was restored after Beryl so you "people" can no longer claim it as an"Act of ***".

@FLOWJamaica I'm still waiting on you guys to come and run back those cable lines so that I can have access to the internet. From July 3 the lines went down and nobody comes to look at it, but you guys have the time to send me bill for July. I WILL NOT PAY FOR WHAT I DIDN'T USE.

Internet and Cable went in my area at 2AM this morning. Called at 8AM to report the issue, @FLOWJamaica agent said they are aware of the outage but can’t provide me with an incident report # still midday. It’s been 14hrs AND STILL no #! @TheOURja I am tired of FLOW.

Good morning @FLOWJamaica. Can you investigate as to why tour internet service is not working properly for about one week now please? I have on a one month service and it's wasting!

Over a week of no internet. No communication, no estimated time for resolution, nothing from @FLOWJamaica but reps telling me “we requested an updated. Give us 24-48 hours”

Been out of internet since the 13th and @FLOWJamaica has yet to come fix the issue…

Meanwhile, Meadows of Iwin has NO INTERNET, CABLE, NOR LANDLINE. On Mother's Day @FLOWJamaica. Smh
