My wifi has been down since Oct 28th and every time I try to contact @FLOWJamaica the virtual assistant just keeps telling there is suspect outage in my area and won't let me actually speak with someone. 3 weeks??? Nah this is ridiculous.

I have not had internet at home in the last week or more. Everytime I call @FLOWJamaica either there is an "outage" or they don't know. Yet still I'm supposed to pay them at the end of the month. I don't have to keep calling @FLOWJamaica, regarding the same matters!!

We just might have to switch over to digicel from @FLOWJamaica because over 1 MONTH WITHOUT INTERNET ACCESS! And every day we are being told its being worked on and the 1 single wire is still down on the street. 1 month???? DO BETTER!!
