Anyone at @squarespace able to escalate a support ticket? Customer down for 48+ hours after being migrated from Google Domains. Going in circles with support. Canned responses, more hurdles. Feeling like a Democrat RN.

So my website is down and no customer service to rectify it, thanks @hostinguknet! But now is probably a good time to change as the previous site was custom built but hella janky to update. Any recommendations on website platforms where I can upload my work? Squarespace?

Have a domain hard down because Google transferred their Domain Registrar business to the @squarespace platform. A $12 payment failed, and so the domain is HARD DOWN ON THE VERY DAY OF THE EXPIRATION. We've tried everything possible to make this payment but it won't accept the

Cancelled subscription well before next billing date, assuming it'd stay active since it's paid for. Instead, the page was taken down, and connected Google Workspace, which isn’t cancelled, stopped working. Can’t receive work emails! Pls help! @SquarespaceHelp @squarespace

Hey @SquarespaceHelp. I appreciate that you think live chat or email help is more convenient than phone calls. However, when the email service you provide is down AND when your live chat is overflooded, your customers are left in limbo. You should maybe rethink that one?

The website is down (infoepi dot org) because the registrar won't allow me to renew. I transferred it and received a message that even though they won't let me renew, the transfer won't happen for a week. I can't even update my account email so you can reach me. @SquarespaceHelp

@SquarespaceHelp My domain transferred from Google to Squarespace and now I am trying to pay for my Google Workspace (Email). It keeps rejecting my payment tried several cards it will not process renewal. My entire email is down and full day no reply from the 24/7 Customerservice

@SquarespaceHelp my domain was apparently migrated from Google and I cannot connect to my domain in Squarespace. Now my email is now down and the only option for support is email. How the heck am I supposed to contact support then!?!?

An improper transition of @Google domains to @squarespace causes many to be unable to send/receive emails. Even a manual MX record fix does not take effect after 24 hours, a maximum time quoted by @SquarespaceHelp! Such a shame!

Facing a snag with @SquarespaceHelp . Site’s SEO description doesn’t update in search results. Cleared caches, force re-indexed, old meta sticks. Support doesn’t admit bug, no firm fix time - crucial for businesses relying on search presence. Prompt resolution needed.
