Since #Dunzo is not working tried uber package to send a parcel the partner did not deliver the parcel after contacting uber customer care they said you didn’t use the otp for the order so we can’t refund you. Sent a parcel again on 5th March with otp based delivery @dkhos

Hi @Uber_India , I had bad experience with your app. I booked intercity cab and even with Uber One you sent an inexperienced driver. Trip was very unsafe and car broke down middle of highway. We had to push the vehicle and wasted 45 mins. On the top of it I am being overcharged!
