#att @ATT @ATTHelp phone has been on SOS for over 24 hours. Was told it’s a network issue by a supervisor. Could take 3 to 5 business days before it is resolved. If it gets resolved because they just started on it this morning.

If you live in Reno, do not get @ATT as you will have no service anywhere. In my own apartment, in a residential part of town, 10 minutes from downtown.. if my wifi is out, my phone won’t even send a text.

Day 6 of @ATT not working in Walla Walla if not on WiFi 24/7. While on WiFI I try to order groceries from @Safeway and my app tells me there are no stores near me. There are FOUR near me!
