Why my complex just emailed me and said there’s a power outage, then ATT text me said the network is down in my area and is expected to be back up tomorrow morning. Boy im not finna play with these folks

My hard bricked Galaxy A12 model number SM-A125U AT&T model requires a new motherboard. I found the same exact model on ebay with condition saying "for parts or not working"!

Hey @ATT is hands down the worst internet service provider ever! I was cautious because as a kid the service was ****. I just signed back up myself. I haven’t even got wifi installed I’ve had two appointments canceled and they want me to reschedule for another day? CANCELED 🗑️

Again @Ask_Spectrum goes down. Service outage, for 7 hours now! I can’t wait until @ATT fiber is available in my area. Tired of @GetSpectrum and their outages.

I worked at those AT&T kiosks and it literally was just like this,a few months later the company got shut down cuz the boss was stealing money from everyone including AT&T

I am having internet issues that may be related to the storms last night. I am barely able to get 1 mbps. AT&T is sending new equipment overnight. If I cannot stream tonight, I will do so tomorrow night. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Service affecting update | An AT&T trunk outage affects some cellular and landline calls in and out of the PTCI network. PTCI opened a ticket with AT&T so they can work on resolving the issue.

Ok. Now it gets ludicrous. @ATT asks me to DM @ATTHelp . This has to be some AI line. They refer me back to the same phone number that caused the problems in the first place. Expose my personal information, and now this. Looking for new providers.

Going to work to rid my household of all @ATT products. Been a loyal customer for 23 years. Can't get rid of no landline without losing my internet service. They have no alternative internet service. Talk about chasing customers away.
