Why does @ATT consistently ignore outage reports from their customers? And why do they make it nearly impossible to even report an outage?
AT&T is the world's largest telecommunications company and is ranked #9 on the Fortune 500 list. It offers DSL, fixed wireless and DSL broadband internet in addition to TV and phone services. Problems with the internet are among the most common complaints.

Hey @ATT I think you should let me have the gigabit of bandwidth that I pay for. I've been a customer for years and over that time my internet has slowly but surely slowed down.

Hey @ATT, our home internet is down. Apparently the whole block is out. Your tech support was unhelpful and poor at comms so I'm trying X. I see a cable hanging down into the street. Maybe look into that? Apparently your service technicians are on strike though. Plz advise.

That outage affected spectrum, Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile in the Allegan County area. Cellular, WiFi, and home phones were knocked completely out. We couldn’t even call 911 The county pd even acknowledged that. This country is screwed if communication gets knocked out

-Phones Down- Currently the phones are down at the ward office due to an area wide AT&T outage. Please email my office with your concerns at ward04@cityofchicago.org for a response from staff. We will provide updates when phones are up and working.

Is @cvspharmacy app down nationwide or just locally in St. Louis? Can’t login and refuse to call and sit on hold for hours to check on prescription. Worst customer service ever - even over AT&T.

Really ticked off @ATT Wednesday thunderstorm. My internet and power went out. Power restored in an hour but no internet. I called you. Internet outage 50 homes- you’ll have us back on by 9 am Thursday. I called you 4pm Thursday. Sorry. We can have someone out on Sunday!
