Is AT&T having a service outage? ❌

Not AT&T taking 25 mins to help me with a problem that took 3 mins to fix while there were 4 reps just standing around talking and 5 of us waiting to be helped

lol I asked @ATT to please stop throttling my data because i can't load websites and they sent me a link to a website like perhaps you don't understand the issue i am having ma'am

Feels Bad Man. Comcast really never fixes the problem. Is it time to go AT&T Fiber? Maybe they would be more stable.

I told my granddaughter Verizon is Demanding that I pay off the balance for the NO Money Down Cellphones because I switched to AT&T I only owe Verizon $500 but if I don't pay by May 13 th Verizon will send the bill to collections and ***** up my credit It's good to have $$$$$$$

One lil fiber optics cord gets cut and my whole neighborhood's internet is down LOL AT&T needs to do better!

No @Uverse tv for 8 days. After 5 days told it’s a widespread software issue that will be resolved by Saturday. Now it’s Monday. Get updates on smart home app they say. App says everything is connected and good. Outage map says no outage. Can’t make this up.

Why is this customer service rep talking to me about buying additional services when the reason I'm calling is because THE **** I ALREADY HAVE IS NOT WORKING?!?!? AT&T count your ******* days!

Hey @ATT, what gives? 2 outages around the same time in 72 hours? I swear if it’s the dslam again, I’m not gonna be happy. It’s hard to get work done when the internet goes out every other day.

One thing about @ATT they aren’t gonna help you for ****, even being a @FirstNet customer… yet yall had an outage & still ain’t willing to apply a funky *** credit y’all owe people.

Well, my internet it down 🙄 Maybe Spectrum was onto something, coming around constantly.... Like AT&T, fix your ****. Being offline until 5 is bullshit....

Hey @ATT can you fix the Smart Home Manager app, it's been terrible in general since the last update but it's been crashing at sign in for like 3 days now.

I normally HIGHLY recommend AT&T Fiber Internet service but this is the third month in a row I've been OVERCHARGED on my bill and am going to have to call in to support to get a credit on my bill for a RETURNED Extended Wi-Fi Coverage Service device... wtf @ATT lets fix this
