Bruh, it's too cold for CTA trains to be malfunctioning. Doors not working on all the cars had to run to the front two cars just to get on. Then they had us get off because they were having issues fixing them on the fly. And now they're f**king up again. 🤦🏿♂️

Every landing page should do these 3 things: 1. Present a solution to a problem 2. Create a sense of urgency 3. Drive action with a CTA If the customer is still wondering "why should I buy this product/service?", your landing page isn't doing its job.

My @cta Red line train broke down at Fullerton and then I transferred to Purple and the first thing from the operator was “we are in a slow zone due to unknown reason. We will have delay slips for everyone.” How do people tolerate this?

CTA service is pretty bad tonight. I’ve now considered multiple potential routes and all of them consist waiting 20 minutes in the cold, wind, and rain. This isn’t what “meeting the moment” looks like. This is what “failure to lead” looks like.
Just saw a couple break up on the train platform. Absolutely brutal. Breaking up after work and the having to stand bawling on the train platform And then keep standing awkwardly bc the first two trains that came were so full nobody would get on @cta
