Hey @CoxHelp, the latest *** Internet outage is going on 39 hours. Perhaps you could provide an actual update to your Phoenix customers who remain without service?

It would be awesome if *** Cable had to give you ANY sort of indication when your internet will be back. An outage of 30 hours is making me insane. My phone hotspot only works so well... (not well at all)

@CoxComm I have spent an hour two separate times on your chat with someone trying to resolve an IT issue with my account statements. They are not escalating it to get the error fixed please help or I’ll jump over to @ATT gladly to change to them as a provider. So frustrating.
