Why does @CoxComm throttle Internet? I thought there was a lawsuit years back over this. I paid them for 1GB down and all I ever got was 500mps so I switch to 500mbps plan and now they give me 270mbps. I can actually just stop service entirely and tether my iPhone with this 💩
