there is no reason for my wifi to be as bad as it’s been these past few weeks, and now an outage as I’m working on a new project? AND you are pushing me to change my plan again? @CoxHelp you really need to get it together.

Internet went down for a few minutes and the lights on the modem looked fine so I checked my router. It was saying I was pulling a 192.168.100.10 WAN IP address from @CoxComm LMAO some idiot plugged in some DHCP giving device into the network.

Really @coxhelp?? The reason there’s an outage is because a transformer blew and we have no power!!

Hey, @CoxComm @CoxHelp , why in the world do I have a GREAT CONNECTION but no internet coming through. I will restart my router and then an hour or two later no internet AGAIN! Please I have a project to turn in and two meetings.😭😭Sincerely, a VERY BROKE college student.

2 weeks without internet bc some brain dead construction guys hit an internet line outside my house. Even better bc *** won’t come fix it until NEXT WEEK.

Unreal, @CoxComm might be the most unreliable provider ever. Internet is down again. Happens all the time. 4th week in a row. Like clockwork. 3rd world country stuff! 🙄 I’m switching providers.
