Boy we can always count on *** for an untimely network outage

It's time to start looking at alternatives to @CoxComm. I pay $200/mo for service, and their freaking internet is down AGAIN!! 4th time in as many days. 🖕

Stupid @CoxComm has been down since 6am said should be fixed by 10 it’s now past 10 still down and now says 2pm.

*** has been the worst service to have the past few months. Idk why we have service with a company who has outages almost every day. Any suggestions on other companies?

Just trying to enjoy my Friday night, but of course @CoxComm has been in an outage since this morning. Glad this is my only option for internet. Happy Friday!!!

It would be awesome if *** Cable had to give you ANY sort of indication when your internet will be back. An outage of 30 hours is making me insane. My phone hotspot only works so well... (not well at all)

This is crazy the @CoxComm technician was supposed to update/upgrade the internet in my area but actually caused more issues . Now I'm without internet for three days . How inconvenience .

@CoxComm I have spent an hour two separate times on your chat with someone trying to resolve an IT issue with my account statements. They are not escalating it to get the error fixed please help or I’ll jump over to @ATT gladly to change to them as a provider. So frustrating.

*** communications is down again for an impressive 3 day streak. As someone who uses the internet to trade futures, *** communications is not on my recommendation list for ISP. I legit would rather use boingo at this point. Unacceptable.
