#optimum internet outage again. Can anyone suggest an alternative?
In 2016, Altice USA acquired Cablevision and its assets, including its Optimum brand. After the acquisition, Altice USA began offering its services under the Optimum brand name. So, Optimum Cablevision became known simply as Optimum. Optimum provides a wide range of services, including high-speed internet, digital cable television with a variety of channels, and home phone services. They serve residential customers as well as businesses in their service areas.

FYI, @optimum I am sick of the wi-fi outages every two weeks. You would think since my block finally has @Verizon, you would pretend to care. I am actively looking into Verizon, and it looks like a good deal!

Optimum install part 5 .. yeah - again - it did not happen. Apparently the line work they did broke it worse - so now they have to fix the fix .. 😳😱 Another 5 hours - just gone. And no Internet still… next update in 7-10 days #CustomerExperience

Ohh I’m going back to Verizon for my tv service @optimum horrible… talking about some outage I ain’t never had that happen when I had Verizon!!! Now my WiFi or TV won’t work !!!

Hear my guy on the phone w/ @optimum because they are faking power outages to avoid helping us & the rep faked the phone issues & claimed we never contacted before this. Now they are saying they’ll call us back. It’s been a month of this just to not let him talk to a supervisor.

Hey @OptimumHelp - really getting the runaround from your people. Had an outage since 2230 last night and your people tell me they can’t roll a truck to look at it until Thursday. I can have a different service provider long before Thursday. Who can I contact to escalate?
