Is Optimum down? ❌

so @optimum do i get free service for a month for all these random outages? bc how is it two nights in a row my wifi cuts out for no reason??

So, in the interest of fairness, my issues with @OptimumHelp were escalated to corporate resolution. Brian worked very hard to resolve everything. I am happy to report that so far, my connection issues are a thing of the past and my bill has been adjusted to my satisfaction.

Yo either @NHL_On_TNT or @optimum one of you has this game looking like it's being recorded on an 80s security camera, can y'all fix that?

Back from the stone age. Courtesy of our food friends at Optimum cable and Internet outage for my whole town and surrounding towns since 7pm last night. Just got it back. Didn't have cell service either. So much fun.

I’m literally switching from @optimum the first chance I get. There’s been so many outages lately and literally nothing that should be causing it. It’s exhausting when you work everyday for an entire month and you just wanna come home and relax and then you can’t even watch tv

Optimum Cable Montgomery County Texas is the worst utility provider, this is the third day of outage and I can't contact anyone or get an update.

Hey @NJBPU do you think you can possibly get @OptimumHelp to keep their services that we overpay for running? Been without internet for over 2 hours. Been having an ongoing problem with them for months. Thought it was sorted but I thought wrong.

FYI, @optimum I am sick of the wi-fi outages every two weeks. You would think since my block finally has @Verizon, you would pretend to care. I am actively looking into Verizon, and it looks like a good deal!

Of course Optimum is having an outage in my area. Booooo.
