I told my granddaughter Verizon is Demanding that I pay off the balance for the NO Money Down Cellphones because I switched to AT&T I only owe Verizon $500 but if I don't pay by May 13 th Verizon will send the bill to collections and ***** up my credit It's good to have $$$$$$$

I can’t believe I have to use McDonald’s WiFi to read all of my Birthday texts I’m getting from family & friends while I’m out of the house because my @Verizon data is not working! @VerizonSupport what a way to spend my birthday! Not enjoying this AT ALL! Please fix this ASAP!!!

Did Anybody else have issues just getting a phone delivered from Verizon ? Clearly not same day delivery( 3 days later) and couldn’t even track it until 2 minutes before arriving and then they took it back to the warehouse. 🤦🏾♂️ should’ve just picked it up from the store.

FYI, @optimum I am sick of the wi-fi outages every two weeks. You would think since my block finally has @Verizon, you would pretend to care. I am actively looking into Verizon, and it looks like a good deal!

Verizon was dead *** wrong for that outage yesterday. ALL mf day. And now they want to be cheap and have the tv service going through the Ethernet and not the co-ax. It was quiet af in this apartment last night.
