My mom got a new flip phone today, and it keeps saying, "Connection problem or invalid mmi code." How can this problem be corrected? None of the agents in your stores seems to know--even though they sold her the phone and already replaced the SIM card. @Verizon

Verizon Enterprise fiber has been down in the Maryland area since yesterday and continuing. It appears to be a cut fiber on railroad property. Verizon is attempting to gain access for repair.
