Everyone’s down in north Raleigh, not even satellite, no phones, no internet, no nothing. We’re in the Walgreens parking lot for wifi, and Verizon’s website says 5:30am for their service being restored. @WRAL do you know anything??

Verizon is shutting down their messaging app. They told me to switch to Google Messages. It's whatever for me... But there's no dark mode toggle. My mom might end up switching her phone to light mode because there's no customization beyond choosing a color.
