#xfinity. Have had to do a system refresh on all tv boxes twice this week . Getting a ridiculous error message that I need to turn off one of the tv boxes , blah blah . I only have 1 box in use . Have had to refresh all boxes twice this week . I pay $4,000 a year for this ????

I have no internet, haven’t since yesterday morning, and because Xfinity is Xfinity, the soonest they can come try to fix it is Wednesday. Hope my kid doesn’t fail her online classes because of this. 😠

Pretty confused right now. For whatever reason the Xfinity Stream app will not describe shows that offer audio description. Yet when I turn my TV on audio description flows through just fine. Please fix this @Xfinity!

Today has been my most frustrating day with @Xfinity I have had my internet go in and out for over 5 hours so far and they won't admit they have an outage. Trust me it's not MY fault. I can only reboot my modem so many times.....

The amount of internet outages I’ve had within the past 2 weeks is insane. Get your **** together @Xfinity
