#Xfinity has one of the worst websites. ******* *** awful load times. This is ridiculous. site randomly crashes during loading times. Hey @XfinitySupport I live in a duplex. The ppl next door got internet and the installer just put in a splitter and it slowed my internet way down

Listen I'm usually a nice person but @Xfinity Internet is driving me to madness. Our Internet is constantly down almost daily at this point and connection is never steady even when it "works". Paying for nothing at this point. If I didn't have to use your company I wouldn't.

Does anyone here know anything about internet speeds? I’m paying $126/month for internet only (no cable) through Xfinity and it seems outrageous. I’m on 800 mbps. I live alone…could I drop down to 500 mbps, or even less???? Will I notice a drop in quality?
