Service spotty and out several times tonight.

Little to no service yesterday and last night. Can’t report service outage without service. Over 1 hour wait for technical support callback is not acceptable. I have limited cell service without my wifi and have to stand on my front deck to wait for the return call. I called last night at 7:23 and the call back came 3 hours later around 10:30. I was unable to answer but you left a voice message. How are we supposed to get customer service?
