Anyone working for @MTNza, I need to upgrade my contract but I can't because I'm being told my number is found in the old system and nobody can help me upgrade,cancel or even migrate my number to the new system,it's been over 9 months of me trying to solve this issue

I have paid for my rooter for the month of April on the 6th, today it’s the 20th and the rooter is still not working, when i call @MTNza , you just keep giving references every time or ultimately hang up. @MTNza, i paid, why are you not holding up your end of the deal????

No internet for a week now. Between @supersonicfibre and @MTNza no one is even trying to help. But that debit order will go through without fail, no issues collecting money but after sales service non existent

I have had really good service from @MTNza but ever since my contract lapsed and I'm now on month to month, internet is mad slow, but I'm expected to pay R70 more every month - wouldn't be a problem if all worked as well as before. Ngathi it's time to look for a new provider🫠

Hey there @MTNza I just recovered my phone number through Sim swap having lost my phone on Sunday. The airtime I had is still there, but the problem the data is I had is no longer there, over 50 GB, plz COME FIX THIS!

I am so disappointed with @MTNza refusal to cancel my contract with them after I spent a week with their phone with the sim having no service and they couldn’t resolve the issue for 6 days, i went to the shop a couple of times to get the issue resolved,

Dear @MTNza, I lodged a complaint in early December. I have had a handful of replies, with 2-3 weeks in between each response. 28 Jan was the last reply. My simple billing issue has still not been addressed. Going on 3 months now. This is very disappointing.

On Friday the 16th I went to @MTNza Store to purchase the uncapped home internet plan router, the consultant there gave me a router that is not working, I went to the store 4 times already and still the router is still not working and it's story after story.
