Just spent 5 hours on the phone with @Rogers to setup an appointment. On what planet is this acceptable? Still don’t have an appointment. From being on hold, wrong departments, systems down, dropped calls and undertrained staff…never have I seen such poor service.
And of course @Rogers is down again. All the money they rape from consumers they should have the best internet in the world #RogersOutage
Guys my internet is not working today. Rogers screws me again. I will try my best to get as much research as i can done. The write ups might be a lil lacklustre today if I can get on internet long enough to even send them. I have sent this tweet at least 6 times lol

Hi @TekSavvyCSR! FYI internet is down in Mississauga due to Rogers maintenance in the Dundas/Bloor/Tomken area. Hard to work from home with no internet. It would be nice if @RogersHelps would give everyone a heads up so customers could plan accordingly.
