Is Sky down? ❌

Hey @SkyHelpTeam broadband been down in WV13 since Tuesday around 8pm, any idea on a rough ETA for it to be fixed?

Once again @SkyUK is down in my area 2 days this time. Every year service is getting worse anyone recommend a good internet provider

Hey @SkyHelpTeam it’s been almost 48 hours without proper WiFi and almost 24 hours with a complete outage. I only had this installed 5 weeks ago and this is the second time this has happened. I’ve called multiple time and keep getting fobbed off 1/2

Why has Sky Mobile phone signal dropped off a cliff in #Dromore Co Down @SkyHelpTeam this week?

Spent half of last night and an hour this morning on the phone to Sky where the operator told me my lack of internet was probably due to my router being 5+ years old. Only to find that there is an outage in the area @SkyHelpTeam what’s going on? 🤷‍♀️

Well well well. @SkyHelpTeam sky glass has gone down again and I am unable to connect to my router. Thank *** it is nearly January because my contract is up then and you guys are getting kicked so far up your **** my shoe will come out of your lying horrible mouths

over four hours and the internet is still down @SkyHelpTeam and you have multiple people in my area on your help forum reporting the same, yet your service checker says everything is fine. what exactly am I paying for? ty for ruining a night a month in planning.

Not for the first time is Sky Sport+ not working when the football is on. Usual DUG1 code appears. Sky forums are full of complaints but no response from @SkyHelpTeam Frustrating!

Wonder why so many people choose to go down the option of illegal streams pay ******* nearly 160 quid a month and @SkySports @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam wont give any compensation for team I’ve missed disgusting service!

Sky manages to charge me nearly £100 per month for **** Internet that's always down and bog standard tv package. Sure it was about £40 when we first got it. Top it off Internet has been down for hours due to outage in area. Absolute joke. @SkyUK #sky #ripoff

Is @bt_uk broadband working for anyone? It's been up and down constantly for 2 hours in Portsmouth. I had a university support Google meeting and it kept dying. Made my anxiety so much worse! Not paying for this! Been bad for months now! Plan to switch to @SkyUK ASAP.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam Is Sky Stream down? My internet is working; I can use streaming apps via Apple TV etc but Sky Stream seems poorly

#SkyBroadband down again! Rang up again, been told it needs an engineer and earliest available date is 2nd December #SkyGlass customer so that means no TV either. Asked for compensation and was told it’s not something the person on the phone could help with! @SkyHelpTeam

Had new internet from @CommunityFibre put in today so so far I am incredibly unimpressed. Within hours it’s stopped working and then was told there’s an outage in my area - thanks for notifying your customers. @SkyHelpTeam always did

My @SkyUK phoneline has been down for over 2 weeks and sky are not very helpful and say it is an area outage (neighbours have a working phoneline). They say it is down to @WeAreOpenreach yet you can’t get in touch with them to find out what is going on. #byesky
