As an avid concert goer (mainly in my teens) I promise you you’ll have 100X more fun if you put the phone down and just have an experience for yourself. You’ll likely never watch those videos again and I promise you no one is sitting through those 30+ instagram stories

I think their support system is out of service because I also tried all platforms to contact them to resolve same issue and it was of no use, I will advise you check this guy on Instagram Fixertech01 am sure he can fix the issue because he also fixed mine
