@JagexSupport How am i getting perm muted for saying '****' aint most of the player base mid 20s??? oh and its non appealable.. kind of ****** up? like the time i was perm banned from buying bonds from 'your website' ?

@JagexSupport so im kind of soft locked from my account, i only saved 5/10 of my backup codes unfortunately, and for some reason my authenticator is giving me wrong codes. would really appreciate any assistance

@JagexSupport is there anything we can do if my friends life long account has been hacked while he is on vacation? I was able to contact him and he is aware but he does not have stable enough internet to complete the recovery process. He is looking for better internet as we speak

@JagexSupport my account has still been banned for a year and i never did anything wrong with my account, i got banned for using google chrome remote to afk ammonite crabs and it flagged me as botting i have been trying to contact u and never got any reply to emails please help
