@JagexSupport hi I got a ban on my account for macroing on my account when it was hacked my account got appealed and I was let back in however on my account when it was locked out I somehow got another ban two weeks later when my account was already disabled

@JagexSupport @Jagex Yes I have appealed but what will that do? I've read online that my account may have been stolen and used to bot or something because I didn't have the 2 step authentication process set up. This is nuts. Played your game for like 18 years. Never has this ever happened
@JagexSupport I already appealed and it was denied but I was never provided evidence so there was no way of knowing if I actually broke a rule and which one it was.
Yo @JagexSupport my client from Jag launcher keeps getting stuck on full loading config bar but will never open game. Try to uninstall and it goes the 38% then crashes. Need to play what’s going on bc I’m sure it’s just happening to me. Will give 10gp for you to fix
