@JagexSupport It appears I've reached a dead end as it seems the intrusion was solely into my OSRS account. I'm uncertain how the hacker gained access. Unfortunately, this means I'll need to begin anew, having lost valuable items like Void and Grace that required significant time investment.

@JagexSupport if can kindly please help me with a issue that I’m worried about my account because somehow someone hacked into it and is currently logged into it. The name is goodluckacc. Can you somehow force it log out

@JagexSupport Using a controller for mouse movement and clicking through Steam does not appear to break any of these rules. Key mapping is 1:1 with no macros being used. I would love some confirmation of this as I have not seen a clear yes or no response to this

@JagexSupport so im kind of soft locked from my account, i only saved 5/10 of my backup codes unfortunately, and for some reason my authenticator is giving me wrong codes. would really appreciate any assistance

@JagexSupport is there anything we can do if my friends life long account has been hacked while he is on vacation? I was able to contact him and he is aware but he does not have stable enough internet to complete the recovery process. He is looking for better internet as we speak
