Hello @ConvergeSupport been 5 days since the internet outage in Bridal Bouquet, Pembo, Makati and there is still no service restoration or update from your end. Ive raised multiple tickets & attempted to call several times with no response at all. This is causing inconvenience🙃

@ExperienceCNVRG went down again here in @valenzuelacity by ±0115, this while all good & all lights green on our end but still no internet; CS from @ConvergeSupport also performed a remote reset of the modem @ least 2x to the same effect.
