Gfiber (Globe) is outside the building trying to get new customers. Think my husband is convinced to switch because it's been a few days now Converge has been down. @ConvergeSupport hasn't even given an ET of restoration for Mandaluyong, Manila.

Day 20 of waiting for @ConvergeSupport to fix our internet Edit: i followed up and the CSR said the outage is fixed but were still LOS, basically Prompting us for another onsite visit adding another 24-48 hours of wait time (i doubt the outage was fixed)

Wow @ConvergeSupport !! CS told me that there is an ongoing outage for several days already but Facebook support said that I am not affected by any outage. Liars!!! After confrontation, facebook support ended the conversation. Worst of the worst customer service

Time check 11:12 pm last update given by @ConvergeSupport @ExperienceCNVRG is that services should be back by 3pm it's been 8 hrs past 3pm and still services are down. Good job Converge!

Hello @ConvergeSupport been 5 days since the internet outage in Bridal Bouquet, Pembo, Makati and there is still no service restoration or update from your end. Ive raised multiple tickets & attempted to call several times with no response at all. This is causing inconvenience🙃

hey @TheFiberMaster, @ExperienceCNVRG went down again here in @valenzuelacity by ±0115, this while all good & all lights green on our end but still no internet; CS from @ConvergeSupport also performed a remote reset of the modem @ least 2x to the same effect.
