I am foreseeing that @ExperienceCNVRG will be losing A WHOLE LOT of subscribers because of their ABYSMAL service. Imagine, 4 days without any updates of any kind regarding their outage. While the paying subscriber is left to find a solution for themselves, paying out of pocket.

Hi @DtiPhilippines! Aside from their website, does NTC have a social media handle where we can report irregularities of @ConvergeSupport in a span of a month there’s been more than 3 outage in my area and i dont think they’re doing anything to prevent it from happening again.
