In fairness to Converge, ang bilis ng internet service restoration. Service was down but back up in 24 hours. Sa leading provider ko kase before inaabot ng months before ma restore until I gave up on it. #Convergesupport

I am foreseeing that @ExperienceCNVRG will be losing A WHOLE LOT of subscribers because of their ABYSMAL service. Imagine, 4 days without any updates of any kind regarding their outage. While the paying subscriber is left to find a solution for themselves, paying out of pocket.

Why is our wifi not working? @ConvergeSupport. I'm not quite sure what is the reason as we actually pay our bills in advance. We are also unable to contact your Customer Support. Absolute poor service! no better than pldt. I hope there were better service providers in ph.
