Hi @Converge_CSU @Converge @ExperienceCNVRG We haven't had internet since yesterday, March 21st. The WiFi router has a red light on LOS. The same issue is occurring with our neighbor, who also uses Converge Internet. Can someone check and fix this issue? Thanks!

hi @ExperienceCNVRG, per @Converge_CSU call earlier, @valenzuelacity city-wide outage today was from a pipeline problem. a team is now resolving the issue around 0833, ETR: w/in today. hope you'd also post a notice card asap so your subs would know. cc. @TheFiberMaster

Hi @Converge_CSU my internet is lost again. I get a sign in portal with a red error message. This happened yesterday and was supposedly fixed this morning and when i came home tonight, the portal is back. My account is paid and according to the app, it’s active

Super slow customer service support from @Converge_CSU. No internet connection for 3 days and I work from home pa naman. Had to subscribe to unli 5G from Smart, just so I can have internet at home starting tomorrow or else I'd continue spending 500/day in a coffee shop.
