The hardest part isn’t the outage, it’s the silence. Metro Manila LOS since Nov 30, no clear ETR, just “outage”, ~60 subs affected. Can’t blame CS, they’re doing their best @ExperienceCNVRG @TheFiberMaster but uncertainty kills work. Downtime happens blindtime shouldn’t.

Please be cautious when considering #Converge. They have not honored rebates even after our town experienced a typhoon and a two-week power outage. Their support team has been unhelpful and even denied that any outage occurred during that time. @ConvergeSupport LIARS

It’s been 1 week now without internet @ConvergeSupport this is our 3rd outage since September. Is it really a network interruption in our area? Because my upstairs neighbor, on the floor right above me, has internet connection. Make that make sense.
