Our internet providers @PLDT_Cares and @ConvergeSupport cut me off on stream today, they are both LOS RED indicator. PLDT not working since August 28 1:37pm until now NO UPDATE. Now CONVERGE red LOS earlier too. So what to do now? I just want to play POE2. Nice #nointernet

worst customer service talaga @ConvergeSupport whenever there’s an outage no one’s replying, puro ticket and no one can tell when marerestore. We are working and paying you guys, dapat automatically deducted na sa bills yung mga days na may outage sa sobrang dalas.

Day 20 of waiting for @ConvergeSupport to fix our internet Edit: i followed up and the CSR said the outage is fixed but were still LOS, basically Prompting us for another onsite visit adding another 24-48 hours of wait time (i doubt the outage was fixed)
