Reported very slow wifi to @PLDT_Cares on Thursday, April 25, and was told dispatch team to fix connection within 36hrs. After several follow ups until now ganun pa din, wala naman technician pumunta! Ano na @PLDT_Cares ?? May work po ako and may online school kids.

Purely negligence on PLDT end. Considering these outages are foreseeable and preventable if your team is diligent enough. Staff are full of lards.
