Man, @PLDTHome is at it again with its weekly internet outage. Not sure which is worse, my fever or your customer service. @PLDT_Cares

Just when you upgrade to a 400 mbps plan @PLDT_Cares just gives you 10 mbps download and 50 mbps upload. Not even the 3 free mesh will solve this problem. What a scam! 🤪

When I checked if it was ok to stream ealier, it was good UNTIL 10 AM onwards!!! 😓 Frames suddenly went down and sht made me cancel today's stream again. PLDT.... what the ****???

Hey @SKYserves, is my internet package really "fiber" given that it breaks down almost every week? Also, why aren't you giving me rebates for all the downtime? PLDT automatically does that. It's been down six times since April 2. Is this acceptable?

Hello @PLDT_Cares please check my DM! Asap No internet connection. The LOS signal keeps blinking red since in the early morning, I have been resetting the modem more than a dozen of times and still not yet back. Please kindly fix it asap thank you.
