Experiencing no internet again after raining hard until now we do not have any internet. We badly need our internet @PLDT_Cares PLEASE DO SOMETHING☹

Just when you upgrade to a 400 mbps plan @PLDT_Cares just gives you 10 mbps download and 50 mbps upload. Not even the 3 free mesh will solve this problem. What a scam! 🤪

When I checked if it was ok to stream ealier, it was good UNTIL 10 AM onwards!!! 😓 Frames suddenly went down and sht made me cancel today's stream again. PLDT.... what the ****???

Hey @SKYserves, is my internet package really "fiber" given that it breaks down almost every week? Also, why aren't you giving me rebates for all the downtime? PLDT automatically does that. It's been down six times since April 2. Is this acceptable?

Don’t really recommend @PLDTHome if you prioritize fast internet and no interruptions👎🏼 Bad service from the beginning and has the nerve to call for updates but when it comes to fixing internet issues they’re literally slow like their internet @PLDT_Cares rightt

This is the main issue with @pldt @PLDT_Cares They responded to your DM's 2 days ago saying that there's allegedly an outage in your area, send you ticket numbers that do not exist on their tracker when searching and all the time Internet LOS! No response to my last DM today!
