Yo @UbisoftSupport the marketplace is saying I don’t own some of the skins I own (blue nebula and volcano) and I get an error if I try submitting a support ticket 💔

@UbisoftSupport i’m playing just dance and for the past 2 days including today i have been having connection problems, disconnecting in the middle of songs, despite me having nothing wrong with my wifi. is this a problem on ur end? plz tell me what to do if it’s my end :)

@UbisoftSupport My account has been hacked and the email address has been changed, I no longer have access to it and I have already opened a ticket in the forum several times but have not yet received a reply...

The issue is that it’s still an Ubisoft game, and their games have been mid for a minute now. I’ve put 100 hours into AC Odyssey and the real reason I was able to enjoy that game was because I got it for $18 on Steam. If I’d paid full price I would’ve been ****** off.

This. The issue is not WHO, but WHY and HOW. I'm hoping to be proved wrong, but the more information comes out, the more I fear Ubisoft has already screwed up everything.
